Clinic Registration Instructions

  • All clinics are by reservation only through Sports Engine.
  • You must be a member of USAV to enroll.
Adults

Clinic Registration Instructions – ADULT Officials

    1. Log  into your Sports Engine account – https://user.sportsengine.com/users/sign_in
    2. Select Household from the left menu, then select the correct person. This will open your profile.
    3. Click on View Details.
    4. To register for a clinic, click on “USAV Academy” in the upper right corner.
    5. In the left menu, select “Content Library.”
    6. Select the desired Learning Path.
      • Learning Path Selection Key
        • Adult R2 Training = Adult R2: may only referee as R2
        • Provisional Referee Training = Adult referee: may referee as R1 or R2
        • Regional Referee Training = Adult Regional referee - must have been a Provisional Referee for at least two seasons
    7. Click on the “In-person xxx Clinic Registration” module to retrieve the list of available clinics.
    8. Select the date and location that fits your schedule and click on “Register.”
    9. You will receive a confirmation of registration on the screen, and an email will be sent to your account.

Do not make any additional Learning Path selections for the same clinic!

If it is later determined that you cannot attend that session, you may Unregister by following steps 1-7, then clicking on the “Unregister from session” link in the upper right.

Adults

    4. To register for a clinic, click on “USAV Academy” in the upper right corner.
    5. In the left menu, select “Content Library.”
    6. Select the desired Learning Path.
      • Learning Path Selection Key
        • Adult R2 Training = Adult R2: may only referee as R2
        • Provisional Referee Training = Adult referee: may referee as R1 or R2
        • Regional Referee Training = Adult Regional referee - must have been a Provisional Referee for at least two seasons
    7. Click on the “In-person xxx Clinic Registration” module to retrieve the list of available clinics.
    8. Select the date and location that fits your schedule and click on “Register.”
